Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Wellness & Lifestyle Assistant for Seniors to provide a blend of personal care, administrative support, and companionship for an elderly client. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors by offering hands-on care and thoughtful assistance with everyday tasks, appointments, travel, and social engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Daily Living Support:
- Assist with daily personal hygiene routines (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
- Support mobility needs, including walking assistance and help with exercises.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
- Monitor medication schedules and ensure timely administration.
- Monitor and track vital signs, alerting doctors to abnormalities.
Administrative & Household Management:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and provide reminders.
- Organize and file personal and medical documents.
- Assist with bill payments, correspondence, and online tasks.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, family members, and service professionals.
Social Engagement & Travel:
- Accompany client to medical appointments, events, and recreational outings.
- Provide travel assistance (packing, planning, companionship during travel).
- Encourage participation in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Provide companionship through meaningful conversation and activities.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in personal caregiving or personal assistant roles (experience with seniors preferred) OR 2 years of customer service experience working with high-end clients in a hospitality or other setting.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CNA, First Aid, CPR) are a plus but not required.

- Highly responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic digital tools (email, calendar apps, etc.)
- Discretion, patience, and respect for privacy and autonomy
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and professionally
Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
